City of Wildwood Office of Emergency Management Launches New Emergency Notification System for City Residents

The City of Wildwood Office of Emergency Management has partnered with the Cape May County Office of Emergency Management to offer a new Emergency Notification system for City residents. The new system, Regroup, replaces the former CodeRed system that was utilized by the City. This new system will be utilized to notify residents of significant emergency events, such as coastal flooding and storms. All City of Wildwood residents are eligible to sign up for Regroup emergency notifications. Simply visit the City of Wildwood’s website at www.wildwoodnj.gov and click onEmergency Notifications in the Quick City Resources section on the homepage. You can also go directly to the sign-up page by using the direct link at https://wildwoodnj.gov/emergencynotifications Please note that you must use your City of Wildwood address to sign up.

Residents and visitors are also reminded that they can sign up for Nixle alerts from the City of Wildwood Police Department. These alerts include severe weather warnings, street closures, and important information related to specialevents occurring in the City.
